Refunds & disputes

How refunds are handled and what to do if you have an issue with an order.

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us first so we can help quickly. Most physical goods are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, so refunds/replacements are handled using Printful’s return/claim rules.

Refunds

Refunds are issue-based (not “no-questions-asked” returns) due to made-to-order fulfillment.

  • Misprinted, damaged, defective, or wrong item: we’ll coordinate a replacement or refund review.
  • Claim window: please report these issues within 30 days of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Buyer’s remorse: we generally don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on made-to-order items.
What we need from you
  • Your order number and the email used at checkout.
  • Clear photos (close-up + full item). Include packaging labels if relevant.
  • A brief description of the problem and whether you prefer replacement or refund review.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us before filing a card dispute. Chargebacks slow down resolution and require us to provide order, communication, and delivery evidence to the payment processor.

If a carrier shows “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, resolution may require a carrier investigation (for example, GPS scan details) before we can take next steps.
