If something isn’t right with your order, contact us first so we can help quickly. Most physical goods are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, so refunds/replacements are handled using Printful’s return/claim rules.

Please contact us before filing a card dispute. Chargebacks slow down resolution and require us to provide order, communication, and delivery evidence to the payment processor.
If a carrier shows “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, resolution may require a carrier investigation (for example, GPS scan details) before we can take next steps.
