Many items sold by InkDrop Studio are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, returns/exchanges work differently than traditional stocked retail.
Our returns approach follows Printful’s Return Policy and related Help Center guidance: printful.com/policies/returns.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll coordinate a replacement or resolution through Printful.

Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
Contact us first—don’t send items back without instructions.
Printful sets a default return address and has rules around unclaimed/returned shipments. We’ll confirm the correct return instructions if a return is actually needed.
