InkDrop Studio is an online-only store based in San Diego, CA (USA). Most physical items are made to order and fulfilled by our production/fulfillment partner Printful.

Processing & fulfillment
Most items are printed/produced after you order (not warehoused).
- Typical fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, but it can vary by product and season.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced in different facilities and ship separately.
- Once an order enters production, changes/cancellations may no longer be possible. If you need a change, contact us immediately.
Tracking
- When tracking is available, we’ll email it and show it in your order details.
- Carrier, route, and delivery speed depend on destination and fulfillment location.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and don’t include production time.
Address accuracy, returns to sender, and unclaimed packages
- Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or because it went unclaimed, reshipping costs may apply.
- If a carrier marks a package as delivered to the provided address but you can’t locate it, we may ask you to contact the carrier first.
International shipping, customs, and destination limits
- Printful ships globally, but some destinations may be restricted due to legal/carrier limitations.
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and local taxes where applicable.
