Basic terms for using InkDrop Studio and purchasing physical goods.
This site is operated by InkDrop Studio (San Diego, CA, USA). By placing an order, you agree to the policies linked in the footer, including shipping, returns, and refunds.
Fulfillment partner: most physical goods are produced and shipped by Printful. Where our store policies rely on Printful’s fulfillment rules (for example, claims windows), we reference Printful’s policies: Return Policy · Shipping · Terms of Service.
We strive to keep product descriptions accurate. Colors may vary by screen and production. Some items may be fulfilled by third-party providers (for example Printful).
Most items are made to order after purchase. This affects cancellations, changes, and returns.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has already started, changes may not be possible.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout (and tracking updates) are estimates, not guarantees. Production time happens before a package is handed to the carrier.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll help coordinate the claim with our fulfillment partner.
Promo codes and promotions may be modified or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promo codes can’t be applied retroactively.
